Our Bed and Breakfast is made up of three spacious and bright rooms, all larger than required by regulations, equipped with a private bathroom and a balcony or equipped terrace. The furnishings are new, understated yet elegant, functional and appropriate. Each room is equipped with a TV, independent stereo with radio, cassette player and CD player. The rooms are furnished with great flexibility and can be used as doubles or twins, while two of them have a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for families or young travelers. The breakfast and lunch area is spacious and bright. The entire apartment and the three rooms are served by a modern and sophisticated independent air conditioning system of the DAIKIN brand. Among the services offered to guests, there is the possibility of using individual air conditioning, a parking space in a private box equipped with an elevator that goes directly to the floor, a safe in the room and the rental of city bikes. Near the building, it is possible to find a studio apartment of about 40 square meters, with four beds, kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and two burners) and an internal bathroom, equipped with a furnished balcony and air conditioning. This studio can be combined with other double or twin rooms, always equipped with a balcony, internal bathroom and air conditioning. Our B&B was not created by recovering old spaces, but was specifically furnished to offer a high-quality service, comparable to a superior 4-star hotel.
